Reduce and block excess negative estrogens
Research on breast, pancreas, esophageal, skin,
colon, and prostate cancer indicates that ellagic
acid can reduce mitosis (cancer cell division). It
inhibits mutagenesis and carcinogenesis as well.
Lutein is a protective antioxidant that is
associated with reduced risk of breast and
endometrial cancer. Maitake mushroom is a source
of beta glucans, which stimulate immune system
function. The genistein from kudzu is an
isoflavone (like those in soy) that blocks
estrogen receptors on cells to help balance
hormones. The lignans in flax meal also block
estrogen receptors. Excess estrogens are involved
in the development of some types of cancer,
including breast cancer. And, as a good side
effect, Breast Assured may be enough to help
manage uncomfortable menopause symptoms for some
women.
Research: Studies in animals have shown
that supplementing with calcium D-glucarate
prevents the development of experimentally induced
cancers. Researchers at M.D. Anderson Cancer
Center, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center,
and other major cancer centers began conducting
research with calcium D-glucarate for the
prevention and treatment of breast cancer.
