Hydrated
Bentonite
Bentonite, Hydrated
[Intestinal] is a natural clay that comes from
volcanic ash. It is often used as a thickener in
facial masks as it absorbs excess oil and dirt from
the skin. Studies show that the internal use of
volcanic ash goes back to the indigenous peoples of
the high Andes mountains, tribes in Central Africa,
and the aborigines of Australia. Taken internally, it supports the
intestinal system in the elimination of toxins. This
product is made by suspending microfine USP-grade
bentonite in purified water.

Scientifc
Research: In the Medical Annals of the District of
Columbia, Vol. 20, No. 6, 1961, “The Value of
Bentonite for Diarrhea,” are the results of the
clinical research work performed by a team of
medical doctors using hydrated bentonite in the
treatment of diarrhea. The results of the
scientific investigation indicated that liquid bentonite
provided substantial relief in 97% of the cases. The
article concluded: “By virtue of its physical
action, bentonite serves as an absorbent aid in
detoxification of the intestinal canal.”
